Solid Masonry’s founder Joe Kaminsky became involved with the trade over 35 years ago. Joe served his apprenticeship in Baltimore, achieved Journeyman status at the age of 20 and worked on large commercial jobs in Maryland, Seattle and Santa Fe before putting down roots in Monroe County, West Virginia. High-end stonework combines sound construction practices with art. Kaminsky is always sharing his knowledge of the trade with his team but he most enjoys the creative process and collaborating with his masons.
